Borderlands have just released some great news in a pair of tweets recently.
It looks like Borderlands 3 is getting full crossplay functionality, but no specific date set as of yet.

In a more recent twitter post, Borderlands also announced that there will be “An all new Tales from the Borderlands adventure is coming in 2022 from @GearboxOfficial and @2K.”

I personally have just gotten into this franchise first by playing Borderlands 3, compliments of a friend of mine Nalki. I decided to take the deep dive into the franchise because I had also gotten Tiny Tina’s Assault On Dragon Keep back during the holidays for free and started to play that game as well.
Now, I know I am running these a bit backwards, but I have now gotten Borderlands and Borderlands 2 and from everything I have seen so far, I love it! I will be streaming these games as I progress and have the first stream and first walk through with Borderlands set for tonight starting at 9:00 PM EST.
